I need to know if any changes occurred in the page layout JotForm because since the beginning of the month of outubro/2013 information from JotForm are not being reported in the same way they were prior to the month of outubro/2013? because the system does not bring me more information correctly? Even how to download your form changed.
THE FORM HAS BEEN CHANGED BECAUSE THE INFORMATION CURRENTLY NOT displaying THE SAME WAY BEFORE, THAT THIS FORM MUST BRING THE INFORMATION IN THE SAME WAY THAT WERE IN SEPTEMBER.

We do have improvements and developments done with JotForm everyday. But as for forms, we do not change these.
To be able to understand fully the problem you're experiencing, can you please provide us details what's happening and also the form ID (or the URL of the form) in issue?
