I had a problem with the form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/33243301856954
I received about 3000 answer from the same contact.
Today i got an email becuase my count was disabled because i reached the limits of my acount.
I nedd as soon as possible get my information.

I have reactivated your account and reduced the submission count. I believe there is a spammer abusing your form. I suggest that you configure your form to accept only 1 submission per IP address to prevent this spammer from using your form.
