I have deleted enough of the content so that we are within the limits. I have also checked to make sure that the form is enabled under preferences yet i am still getting a " form disabled" error upon submitting. Any ideas?

When your account reaches the maximum storage space allowed for free users, your forms will get disabled temporarily for the remaining days of the month. Clearing your space even down to 0 cannot re-enable your forms. This rule is put in place to prevent abuse to our free service.
A good practice is to always keep your account's used space to a minimum by deleting submissions with large uploaded files. You can also integrate your forms to dropbox so that each submission will have a backup copy in your dropbox account.
I have re-enabled your forms now but please keep in mind that we can only do this once for every account. The next time this happens, we cannot re-enable your forms anymore.

I appreciate your response. We have a contest running for little kids to submit artwork that they worked so hard on, and now they are unable to do so. I am in charge of this and I was out last week because I was very sick, so i was unable to log in and delete entries once they were printed. I am asking you pleeeeease will you re-enable the forms one more time?
We really cannot pay to upgrade, yet I have all these kids emailing me asking why they cant submit their artwork. Myself and the kiddos would be so grateful if you do this one last time. I can promise it will not happen again.

Like I said in my previous post, we can only do that once for each account. As much as I would like to help you with this concern, I do not have the capability to do so. I believe I have given all the necessary information to avoid this from happening.
Anyway, your forms will be re-enabled on the first day of the next month. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

If we upgrade our service to premium will it get re-enabled? The contest ends on June 30th, so I am not going to give your company money if that wont work.

It looks like you have already upgraded to a Premium subscription. Your account shall enjoy the benefits of a Premium account, including 10GB of upload space, until you decide to downgrade your account to free.
If ever you do decide to downgrade your account, just send us an email or post a support ticket in this forum so you will provided assistance with regards to that matter.
