How to Use JotForm and Its Features

    I not understand what kind of business jotform or mobile forms and how can I do ? What is a benefit in future . If not I am sorry this is my mistake thanks

    There are a lot of features that can be used on JotForm. But, to give you an idea and to show you what you can do by using JotForm briefly; I have created a simple contact form from our template page. Please see the steps and the screencast below:

    Let's say I want to apply e-mail marketing for my company. So, what I need is to collect my customer's emails to send them marketing emails about our products.

    • I have opened the templates page and clicked Sign Up Forms from the Types menu.
    • I have chosen the "Opt-In Form-Get Free Email Updates!" form template and simply clicked it and then clicked the "Use Template" button. This led me to the Form Builder page. Please see the screencast below:

    • Here I can edit my form and add the features I want to my form; I can add a "Phone Number" field for the customers who wants to be contacted on phone or I can add a "Short Text" to ask them how did they hear about our company, etc.
    • I can also change the colors and design of my form by using the "Form Designer" tool on the top right of the page (blue brush icon). Please see the screencast below:

    • After I'm done editing the form, I can click the PUBLISH tab from the top of the page to share my form. I can share it via email, I can send the form link to the customers, or I can simply embed it to my website for the visitors of my website to easily fill my form. I can assign forms to my colleagues or download them as fillable PDF files and send them as PDF files and they can submit forms using these PDFs. There are also platform choices that can be used to share your forms. Please see the screencast below:
