Submissions are coming through like this to our dropbox. We have to dobinto the jotform app and export it to drop box in order to view the submission.

    We had a temporary issue with blank PDFs being returned to form owners; however, our development team has reported that this has been fixed.

    I have cleared your form cache: could you please send through a test submission and let us know if the issue persists?
