Explain to me how to open encrypted email from JotForm

I logged into Jotform and email is not in my cache (zero- though I have received 2 emails at my address).

Your tutorials are of no use on this question.

I do not want to send anything; just open what was sent to me

I've already spent almost an hour on this.

    Hello,

I checked your account and you do not have a form. Unfortunately, only the form owner can decrypt the encrypted data. May we know what form are you referring to?

We'll wait for your response. Thank you!

    Hello,

    Are you the form owner?

It looks like HIPAA email content. To show the data, you need to update the form fields and change it to unprotected. Here's a guide that you can check and follow: https://www.jotform.com/help/518-how-to-set-phi-fields-on-your-forms
