My form got disabled and I can't log-in to jotform

    Hi, at first I was just going to check the responses for our form but saw that it has been disabled along with the other forms that we had on this account. And then as I was going to log-in with the email (tiffany.pablo@my-ats.com) to check if there was something wrong with the account or form but I wasn't able to log-in. There's no error notification. Nothing happens when I click the log-in button.
