I'm interested in using your services moving forward. I tried to build a form. When I go to complete the form I am getting the screen shot below. (form name application)

I would like to use the the documents unlimited if I were to pay for them is that possible.

Is it also possible to have an account with 5 users with different logins to see their own forms?

Also is it possible to include a signature certificate on the application I created?

Hi burnz8787, thank you for reaching us.

The error usually happens when you check the Unique Submission feature, which will automatically reject submissions from the same cookies or IP address.

Kindly disable the settings from Settings > Form Settings > Show More Option and scroll down to find Unique Submission.

Could you kindly elaborate on the 'document' you are referring to?

This feature is known as sub-user within JotForm. However, it is only available for JotForm Enterprise. You may want to take a look at our Enterprise page if you are interested to have sub-users. You may also consider contacting our dedicated JotForm Enterprise's customer support as well.

It is possible. You simply need to add an E-Signature widget.

Let us know if you have other questions.
