form theme won't change colour

i have created a form and customized the theme but every time i open the form the colours are changed to blue. How can i fix this?

I have checked the form link and your form is not blue.

I have also cloned the formed and tried to edit it in the form builder and the colour did not change.

I have also cleared your form cache.
