Notification email: Suddenly stopped receiving notification emails on my form.

    I am not receiving emails from my contact form entitled, CEF of F-M Contact Form. The email just stopped. How do I fix that? I tried to add another email notification, but I not sure that one was right.

    Hi Doug,

    The emails seem to be set up correctly.

    May I ask you to test the Notification email by clicking the "Test email" button, in the Notification email settings? Kindly see if you are able to receive the test email.

    Please try this and let us know how it goes. If you receive the test email, try making a test submission on your form to see if you also receive the actual notification emails.

    If you would not receive the emails, let us know and we will take a further look.
