Is there a way for our students not to have to get a form access request to forms they should be able to get to freely

Hi Margaret,
Thank you very much for reaching us.
Your students can reach to form without requesting access if the form privacy setting is set to "Public".
I have checked out your form named "Test 2" and I see it has already been set as Public. Please follow the steps and the screencast to see how your students can reach and fill the form. I have cloned your form to demonstrate the steps and for your information, nothing has been changed on your original form.
- Go to the Form Builder page for the form you want to share with your students.
- Click PUBLISH tab on the top of the page. You can see there is a button which says "Public" currently. You can change your form's privacy setting here. For more information about form privacy, you can always check our related guide page --> How to Change the Access Settings of a Form
- Click the "COPY LINK" button under the PUBLISH tab. Then send it to your students.
- Your students can fill out and submit the form by simply opening the link. I have opened the form in an incognito window in the screencast below to show you that your students can fill the form without signing up to Jotform or logging in to a Jotform account.
If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach us at any time.
Thanks for using JotForm.
