Translation: Language Selection box doesn't show up for one particular form

    Hi.


    I am using 2 languages (korean & English) on my form, but this function suddenly disappeared.


    plz let me know the solution for it.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    As you have indicated, I can not see anything on your form that has to do with language selection.

    Therefore, I would like to ask you if you set up a language selection choice earlier by adding the Language Picker Widget or setting the translation setting per https://www.jotform.com/help/298-how-to-make-your-forms-multilingual?

    Just in case, I would like to let you know that Jotform is still undergoing the site translation from English to Korean, hence Korean might not be offered through those features yet.

    So, I would really appreciate it if you could let me know what you used to add language selection for English and Korean. IT will help us pinpoint the issue of problem.

    Hi.

    i have used 2 languages since the day i created this form.

    i have done it by setting the translation setting.

    it was working fine when i last checked it last week but now it went disappeared.

    Hello! I am able to replicate this issue on your form. Removing the products widget starts showing up the language selection box. Following is theissue screencast:
