Setting up new accounts

    Hello,

    My name is Quentin Boustany, I am a business analyst at AAFMAA. My company is currently using jotform for surveys at aafmaa.jotform.com. We currently only have one account with the username esmith. This account's email was switched today from esmith@aafmaa.com to qboustany@aafmaa.com.

    We would like to have 5 accounts, one for each division of our company. Currently, we are all sharing one account. We can setup each account for a business analyst from that division. The main reason for this request is because when we send surveys to our customers, the username is included in the url link.

    The divisions are:

    AAFMAA

    AAFMAA Life Insurance

    AAFMAA Mortgage Services

    AAFMAA Wealth Management & Trust

    AAFMAA IT (The esmith account can be changed to this username)


    Please let me know how we can go about setting up these accounts.

    My suggestion is to setup each account with the following usernames.

    AAFMAA

    AAFMAALI

    AAFMAAMS

    AAFMAAWMT

    AAFMAAIT

    All usernames are available upon checking so you can use those when signing up a new account.
