Im having serious troubles adding an email address as a recipient for one of my forms. Everything that i have tried has failed.Asked by EasyAds on December 08, 2013 at 09:03 PM
All of my other email addresses are recieving the submission emails just fine, but i can not add email@example.com
That email is not on the bounce list, and the latest logs indicate that notifications was delivered successfully to that email address./var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[08/Dec/2013:20:48:51 -0500] 33415804591151 AmazonSES Sent email to firstname.lastname@example.org - MessageID:00000142d50ae900-80742cbc-5d9c-46c7-8d7f-a84f69999960-000000 - RequestId:0dacfb74-6074-11e3-adaf-c12ab6a4ef38
Kindly check everything on your side specially on the spam folder. If you are unable to see the messages, please contact your email service provider and provide the mail log above so they can help you track these messages. It may have been listed as bounced, or it might be filtered by their spam securities.
