I have created a form.
After submitting the user must be rerouted to a blanco form.
Therefore I used the "thak jou email" function with a routing to the url of the form.
Was working well untill today!

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Upon checking your form, I found that currently you have configured the "Custom URL" in the "Thank You". Your custom URL is redirecting your user to the same form "http://form.jotformpro.com/form/33374159771966". Please check the screenshot below:
I sent you a test submission and it does work as expected by redirecting me to the custom URL (form URL) which is actually a blank form.
I seems to be working fine without any issue and when the form is submitted it is redirected to the same blank form. Do you actually see the previous filled in data when you are redirected to this form again?
I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and test your form once again by sending few test submissions. This guide should help you clear browser cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache

I did checked it and its working fine.
