It should go to my email adress: email@example.com but when i click te send button nothing happens. What should i do to make it work?Page URL:

I send a test submission to your email address and it was successfully delivered according to the mail log.

If you aren't able to received this test message, please check it on your spam folder. If none of the messages land there then the problem might be related to bounce issues, or these messages might be filtered by your email spam security, please review that on your side. If none of the above helps, please ask your email service provider to whitelist Jotform Mail IPs and domains, this might resolve the problem.
