After placing lots of new widgets in our forms we discovered that, according to JotForm support, "some new widgets do not work with secure forms." This caused incredible frustration with two of our clients who tried over and over to submit forms after filling them out correctly. JotForm should indicate which widgets work with secure forms and which do not.

We deeply apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused.
Our widgets currently don't support the https, so, if you are using the secure mode, that's why your widget is not working. But, now I have forwarded your concern to our next level support so that they can find a prompt solution to this problem.
You will get the notification via this thread when this is fixed.

Can you tell me which one your https forms not working? We revised all widgets to work in secure forms, hovewer your old forms including widgets need to be rebuild
