Jotform not working currently

Hello, when my clients try to upload their files into the jotform it doesn't allow them to. This has been going on for awhile now. Possibly 6 months or so. Can someone please contact me so i can figure the issue as to why it's not working. I really love using jotform.

I have tested your form: https://www.jotform.com/form/200966664783165 and I was able to upload files into the form.

Can you tell us what kind of error do your clients receive?

Do you happen the type of device and browser that the clients who face an issue are using?

Is it possible that they are uploading files over the allowed limit?
