When I sent out a link IPad users were unable to open it.
FYI…I received a lot of messages form our agents saying they could not open the link. I did not have a problem, but if the agents can’t open them then it’s a problem. Can you ask jotform what the problem might be? That way we will know whether to use it again in the future.
