Here is my problem,
I have an E-Signature field for our customer/patient to fill out.
I then want our backend staff to be able to login and sign off and make changes on the form. This is done by "Editing the submission,"
However, when they enter and edit the submission the E signature field data dissapears. The customers signature is lost and the only way to get the submission to complete with the edits is to forge the signature field. Please help this seems to be a major glitch.

It appears that the E-Signature field on your form is not working properly. I would suggest to make a backup of your current form (make a clone of the form)
And on the clone form, remove the e-signature field, then re-insert the e-signature and test it out.
If in any case I will raise a ticket to the Developement Team in regards to your original form.
