When my colleague gets a jotform notification in email (she uses outlook), it will not open (although it is in her inbox, not her spam folder). In fact, it closes the entire outlook window so she has to repoen and start outlook again.
have you heard of this before?
The form was sent in an email, not on our website yet.

Actually we haven't heard about that before. That seems to be most likely a problem with that email client.
If it's only the unability to open the message containing the form in Outlook, and if this account isn't from a free service domain (yahoo,email or hotmail), then please have the user to provide you with an email address in some of these free servces so you can send the link of the form to that alternate address.
