    Changing email recipient on notification

    I created a new form and I want this form only to go to a different email address.

    I changed it on the notification option but it keeps sending it to the wrong email..


    Please advise ASAP.

    The email recipient(s) can be changed on each Email Notification, please check the following article:

    Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications

    Note, when you use a 'Test Email' button the form is sending a test email to the account email address only. In order to test the real recipient(s), you can submit the form.

    Hi Mike,

    That exactly what I did and it’s still sending it to the wrong email
    The recipient email shows : lior@myprintingmatters.net
    BUT it sending it to the old email (that it used to be on) info@myprintingmatters.net.

    I logged off and logged on and it keep doing the same when I click on “TEST EMAIL”.

    Any ideas?

    Kindly try performing an actual submission on the form rather than clicking on the Test Email button.

    If the issue persists after performing an acutal submission, kindly let us know which form is the one you need assistance with, thank you.
