    It suddenly stopped working again. I tried editing and adding all of the above mentioned.

    This is a re-post of a comment on Making the Form Background Transparent

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us. I have checked your form on my end and I can see that your form's background setting was set to transparent. The forms background color will be different when not viewed in "Preview" mode, it was just set to transparent so that when you embed the form your website's background color will blend on your form.

    It appears as white when I embedd it. When I go to the settings for it as well it keeps saying the hex code #FFFFF

    @denisealicea,

    I can see the hex code turns back to white which is #FFFFFF but when preview it still shows transparent. Can you share to us the site where the form was embedded so we can further investigate on the issue. I was doing some testing on my own site but it seems that the transparent background is working fine though the hex code keeps on reverting back to #FFF.

    Once we received your reply with your web address we'll immediately check it to further investigate on the issue.

    We'll wait for your reply.

    Thanks,

    Hello again can you try embedding this code and see if this somehow changes the look of the form

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.com/form/33434406531144" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:496px; border:hidden; box-shadow:none; background-color:transparent;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>
