    Upon editing a submission IMG and UPLOAD link on email body will dissappear

    Hello,

    When i want to edit a soumission on jotform, The mail don't display the Picture and the link for downloading

    Check my screen

     

    Need to fix it ASAP*

    Thanks for reporting this to us. I found the root of the problem

    It happens when you add the tag to display the image in your email message, if you just leave {photo} it will display the link correctly upon editing a submission


     

    So I've opened a ticket to be forwarded to our developers.  Hopefully it will be fixed soon

    I am sorry to say that at the moment there is no update about this yet. We have the thread marked as Important and it is also currently assigned to someone on the Development Team. I believe that it probably has not been reached yet but I know it will be before long so I would like to kindly ask you for some more patience with this matter if you'll allow us a little more time.

    The problem seems to be related to Multiple Upload fields on the custom Email Notifications. The ticket is still open, so we will need to wait for updates from our Development Team.

    As a workaround, you can try to use Single Upload fields.
