Why was my account upgraded?

    I received an email this morning saying that my account was upgraded at a cost of $45. Can you tell me who authorized this?Thanks.

    We apologize for this confusion. However, your subscription has been renewed automatically. Based on your transaction history your last subscription started on 2012-12-11 and has been renewed earlier as a Premium Yearly subscription. That is why you received that notification.

     

    Do you want to discontinue your subscription? Please let us know so that we can assist you on downgrading. Thank you

    My apologies, I didn't realize that was our annual rate I thought it was a monthly subscription. You can leave it as it is.
