Thanks for asking. Centering the text of all headers in a form can be be achieved by entering the following code into the Inject Custom CSS section of the Preferences: Setup & Embed > Preferences > Form Styles > Inject Custom CSS:
However, your stating "the header" instead of "a header" leads me to believe that if there are several headers in a form, you want only the main header's text to be centered. That's where specificity comes in because you need to target the content of that particular header via its identity (ID). You would need to check the form's source for that (this is where a tool like Firebug comes in handy). But if it's header_2, here is what the more specific version of the above rule would be:
After entering the CSS, click "Close Settings" and save the form.
