    Wording in emails

    I am getting my emails with no problems, but the wording of my emails, once I receive them in my Google Apps account, is different from what was sent.  I have been sending emails to confirm this.  I am copying the original message from my "Contact Us" for on my website (go-stocks.com), then showing you a copy of how it appears to me once I receive it in my Google Apps email account.

    It is correct, just as i entered it in the "Contact Us" form.

     

    Now here it is as I receive the email in my Google account (notice the repitition in the email address field and the word "test" in the Subject field ,   as well as the word "test" after the word "correct." in the Message field).  Do you know why this is happening?  Thank you.

    Hi,

    This happens because in the email body of the notification email alert
    there are additional wordings/text right after the mail variables:

    You can remove these texts from the body by doing the following:

    1. Open your form on the Form Builder
    2. Click on "Setup and Embed" tab,
    3. Click on "Email Alerts",
    4. Select "Notification", remove the wordings and click on Finish.


    You may also reset the email by doing the following:
    1. Open your form on the Form Builder
    2. Click on "Setup and Embed" tab,
    3. Click on "Email Alerts",
    4. Select "Notification",
    5. Click on "Delete Email" button,
    6. Click on "Email Alerts" again,
    7. Click on "Add New Email" and complete the wizard.
