    How to use Conditions ?

Asked by drickert on June 22, 2010 at 11:33 AM
Please look at this form:http://www.jotform.com/?formID=1720626303I want to set it so that when Choose Number of Audio Conferencing Users selected is 1, then only the User Name 1 field displays, when selected is 2, then User Name 1 & 2 are displayed and so on all the way up to 9 where all nine User Name fields would appear. What is the best way to do this ? I have tested but it seems some of the Conditions override each other. It seems like I would need to be able to add more Then, not Ifs in the If Then ?

I see what you mean. You would like to show n number of fields if the user chooses n from the dropdown.Unfortunately, this is not possible with Conditions. Here are possible other solutions:a. Have a large textarea and ask them to enter a list of all usernames on it. b. Have a text field "Username 1", if they enter something on it, show "Username 2" using Conditions. Do the same for all fields so they can keep entering new usernames.
