all the form answers display on the jotform report but on the automated e-mail 1 answer is missing, why would this be?

    I have a questionnaire for a conference which has boxes to tick for dates attending and also boxes to tick for the days accommodation is required.  When I view the automated e-mail the accommodation selected does not appear yet when I view my report on jotform the accommodation dates do appear.  Any suggestions on where I've gone wrong?

    I believe you may be referring to your Autoresponder Notification 1, Is that correct? When I checked this in a test I found that the problem is the result of the fact being that you are missing a tag for that field in your email notification so this is why you are not seeing it. This likely happened because you had the Autoresponder first then later on added the question so the field was not updated and added into the Autoresponder.

    To fix this probably the easy way would be to just delete the autoresponder and make a new one. The other way to do it would be to manually add a row to add in a Matching Questiond then click on the Textbox Field so that it adds the Tag.

    The Tag for this field is " {ifYou} "
