How can I extract the user's (required) selection to a scaled item?

I'm not sure which ElementId to use as an argument to getByElementId.Actually, I'm not even sure I need to do that.

    Hi,

Are you referring to downloading your form submissions data? Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-to-Excel-CSV-PDF

I'm not sure about your 2nd question on the post but you can use getElementsByName since each category question has radio buttons which are grouped by names.

    Example:

    document.getElementsByName("q5_1I")

That should return an array, so if you'd like to display specific data, just add an array keys like the following.

    document.getElementsByName("q5_1I") [0]

If you have further questions, let us know here. Thanks!
