i have try to google drive and works fine. when i try to dropbox goes thru the procces but it doesn't conect at the end.

Kindly verify that you are properly logged in on your dropbox account, through the dropbox website.
If the problem persists. You can also try clearing your browser's cache then log back in to your dropbox account and your JotForm account. Then proceed to perform the dropbox integration:
