I had some problem with payment

    Dear,

    I have some problems with payment procedures. I have accidently made monthly premium payments for 3 times. You can find details below. Now i want you to cancel these subscribtions and give money back. After that i want to pay yearly 45 $. Please give me information about that.

    Upon checking your account records, it looks like those charges did not go through yet, as these have been applied today. I was only able to refund the charge applied on Dec 9

    Also, let me tell you that all of these charges are under the same BluenSnap account ID 33619225 , which is related to your JotForm account Buajans , not to   

    Account buajansveri  showsanother Reference Number :47671663 for regular Professional Monthly subscription $49.00

    To sort all of this out, here it is the deal

    I can  put the account buajans back to free and will request a refund for the latest 2 charges applied today Dec, 13, so you can re-upgrade using the discounted offer 

    Or if you wish to upgrade account buajansveri, then i can also perform a refund and have you to re-upgrade , I will gladly provide you with directions in order to do the upgrades correctly
