Hello, I had changed the main email on the account so that any entries would be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org but I'm still getting the entries sent to email@example.com (the original email I signed up for the account with) - is there a way to make sure the new email address receives entries instead?

Changing your account email address wouldn't automatically change your form recipient email settings. You will have to manually go through each form to change it. Follow this guide: Finding out E-Mail Address Used for Submission Notifications.
