I set up a sub-user just the way I need to and the email that they receive is junk, they can't do anything with it. Any suggestions? Any way for me to manually make the username and password?

Upon checking your account I can see you have shared some forms with a non-existing user, this is just an email address
To make this to work, you please create the free account and then add the user (not the email) as sub-user
From what I'm seeing in your other thread, you are looking for having the client to get the submission into their email address. If that is the case, create a separate email notification and add the recipient email address for your client there
