how can i get the form to show up properly in my php webpage?

Asked by dstocco on June 16, 2011 at 10:45 AM

I created the form. I copied the code (script), I pasted it into my web page and it shows only the line of code. I also tried pasting it into the body section of the html and it showed the form above the webpage. Where exactly do I paste the code?

    Hi dstocco,

The embed code of your JotForm form should be pasted anywhere within the <body> </body> tags. If the default embed code doesn't work perfectly for your website, you may try other embed code options like the iframe or full source code. Please try to use them and let us know how it goes. We're ready to assist you if these options won't work.

    Thank you for using JotForm!

Thank you for your quick response. I tried other embed code options for Dreamweaver which is my website design program. It works perfectly! Thank you!!
