SSO for enterprise plan

    Hi, how do we enable SSO for our enterprise plan? Our domain is color.jotform.com. Thanks!

    Hi Galen,

    For SSO we support SAML 2.0 - which is most providers (G Suite, AD, OneLogin). Generally we just need:

    - x.509 Certificate

    - Issuer URL ( Also known as entityId )

    - SAML 2.0 Endpoint ( SingleSignOnService URL )

    - SLO Endpoint ( SingleLogoutService URL )

    Please send these details via email to "enterprise-support@jotform.com", it is easier for us to track the setup from there. Let us know which provider you use and we can send over some specific instructions if required. Once we receive the information, we will complete the setup on our end and generate a metadata file, which you will use to finish the setup on your end.
