Is it possible to have single use passwords?

Asked by bluefroguk on December 14, 2013 at 05:31 AM

I have a group of people who I want to fill in a form, however they have a habit of sharing the form with people who shouldn't be able to use it.

To get round this I would like to e-mail the authorised group with a link the form and give each user a unique single use password. Once used it cannot be used again, preventing other people who have recieved the from someone other than me from being able to register.

Does Jotform support single use passwords?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Unfortunately, JotForm does not provide a fully functioning password protection at this time. However, there is a workaround that you can do to implement basic password protection by using Conditional Logic.

You might like to take a look at this demo form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/33475391601958

NOTE: This is a workaround, not a perfectly secure feature. Jotform currently does not have a built-in password protection feature for forms. The password used for this solution is visible in the form's source code.

Another workaround also is by modifying form source code and apply some js codes. You might like to take a look at this helpful article: http://webcheatsheet.com/javascript/disable_enter_key.php

    Thanks,
