How do I view forms created under guest account?Asked by CJ on June 16, 2011 at 01:13 PM
How do I view forms created under guest account? I created the form before I created an account and now I can't view submissions. The form is still operatiional, but I just cant figure out how to login to see submissions.
A guest account relies on cookies to identify the person who created the forms. The only way to have access to the submissions and the form itself is to use the same browser that was used when the form was created, that is, if the cookies have not been cleared yet.
If the cookies have been cleared, I'm not 100% sure but I think there is no way to access the submissions anymore. So basically, it means that they're lost. Anyway, did you not have notification emails set up for that form?
The best solution I can offer you is to import your form onto your new account and then re-embed the form in your site (if they were embedded). Click here to learn how to import a form.
I'm trying to clone one form created as guest to my new account but it's not working, why? The form that I want to import is this one: http://form.jotform.com/form/12154400866, when I insert this URL it complains and doesnt work.
You can retrieve the forms created under a guest account by registering for a free/basic account using the email address you've used for the notifications of your guest account.
@wsjunior, try changing http://form.jotform.com/form/12154400866 to http://www.jotform.com/form/12154400866. That should solve your issue.
Hope this helps. If you have further issues and concerns, please feel free to contact us again.
Thank you for using JotForm.

Try importing http://www.jotform.com/form/12154400866 instead of http://form.jotform.com/form/12154400866.
That should work.
Please let us know if we may help you with anything else related to your form(s). Our team will be glad to assist you however we can.
Thanks, it worked!
Super! Although I'm not sure who should take the credit. I guess we'll share it. LOL.
I have moved your question to a new thread - http://www.jotform.com/answers/671403 so we can help you better. We will be reply there as soon as possible.
