Notification by email is NOT working, not forwarding.

    Dear Sir or Madam;

    Not receiving email alerts.

    I have two forms, both have the EMAIL ALERTS turned on in the Edit Form window. 

    Both “Test Email”, while in the COMPOSE EMAIL windows - works.  Tests work. Emails received.

    However when doing a real test, from our website - all looks good, but NO EMAIL RECEIVED.  Not being notified - for some time now.

    It appears that emails are not being sent out as the recipient email is on the bounce list. I have since removed the email from the bounce list. 

    Do review the reasons as to why your email service provider is blocking these messages.

    Result: is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not accepted for policy reasons.  Please visit [120]'

    Kindly make sure to whitelist the following domains used by jotform to send out email alerts:
