I have created a form that contains a file upload field on it. I set up the form to FTP the file to me. I see the folder after submission when I FTP but the file uploaded does not show up just a folder with the name of the file not the file. Where is the file?

Are you sure that the folder created is named after the file? I checked your ftp integration and it looks like you have used the song title field as the folder name.
Can you please check your ftp directory if the folder named JotForm is present? I have a feeling that the integration is not successful, because when I inspected your ftp integration I wasn't able to see the JotForm folder that should be there.
It might be possible that your ftp user account does not have the permissions to write files on the server, or the directory for your ftp account does not have the appropriate permisions.
Please click here to learn more about ftp permissions.
Also, try redoing the ftp integration for your form. Do a test submit and then check if the files are uploaded successfully. Using a test form on my end, uploaded files are sent successfully to my ftp account.
That means Jotform's ftp integration system is working fine.
