I am trying to enter a text only box at the end of my form. It had been there through several submisisons. However, while I was editing something else, this text disappeared from the text box. I've tried to re-add it several times. Each time, after I hit "complete" or click out of the text box, the text disappears.
Thank you for your help!

Thanks for contacting us. I cloned your form and tried to add a new textbox with Alphabet only validation at the bottom of your form. When I saved the form. It retains and not disappearing.
Kindly try to clone your form and edit or use that instead and see if this problem persists. Please do let us know if this does not resolve your issue. I have also cleared your account's caches just in case. Thank you

Thank you for your help. However, in your screenshot, you are showing how to edit a text box, not just "text" (the option above text box).
I cloned the form, as you suggested, and I am still having this issue. There seems to be limit as to how much text I can add before the box deletes. For example, I seem to be able to add about two lines of text and it saves. But 5 lines are deleted.

I have attempted to do this same thing in a new form, from a different computer, and using a different web browser (both Chrome and FF). Text continues to disappear when I click "complete."

It appears that an issue has recently developed with that tool. I have submitted a ticked to get it rectified ASAP.
Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I have been informed by one of our developers (emrew86) that the problem has been fixed. Please try again and let us know if everything's okay now.
