Hi! I'm receiving error "This form has exceeded its allocated quota." when accessing my forms.
I understand that the SSL submission is already on its limit so I tried to access the form via http instead of https but got the same error.
Based from your service description, normal submission (forms sent via http) is up to 100 for Free account. Is it possible that the normal submission is still activated since I only used 15 out of its 100 limit? Please advise.
Thank you!Page URL:

Free accounts are limited to 100 regular submissions, 10 ssl submissions and 10 payments, whichever comes first. Your forms were disabled because it went over one of the limits, which is 10 ssl submissions. Disabled forms will only be re-enabled on the succeeding month, when the submission counter is reset, or if the user upgrades to a Premium or Professional plan.
To prevent this from happening again, use http and not https in your forms. When getting your forms' embed codes, be sure to clear the secure form checkbox in the Embed Form Wizard.
Anyway, since I can see that this is the first time your forms were disabled due to this reason, I went ahead and re-enabled your forms. Take note, however, that we can do this only once. The next time it happens you would have to either wait or upgrade.
