    My login is: "Hexagono"

     

    I wonder why my account was suspended and this appeared the following message: Due to Violation terms of use, your account has been suspended.

    It was Suspected to be used for phishing. If you think this is a mistake please contact us to resolve this issue.

    I am using forms with lightbox for displaying products and to contact page, for all I know, this is allowed according to the usage policies.

    I need my account reinstated as soon as possible, thank you.

    Por que me baniram? Não fiz nada de errado, meu único erro é insistir em usar os formulários de vocês e ser acusado de Physhing injustamente, gostaria que minha conta fosse reativada.

    My account was suspended again, I think I will soon be banned again

    Yeah, okay unstable, was already suspended again, how long does it take for my account to be 100% active?

    The automated security checks are however necessary, but they improve with time in preventing false positives.

    We have security teams constantly checking and reversing auto-suspensions after an account review. 

    However, if you experience any trouble in relation to this, you may contact us through the support forum for a quicker response, so ideally the process should not take too long.
