My form wont work on Android Devices via an App which the form is embedded as a link.

    Hello team,

I love using Jot Forms. I have discovered an issue that may be effecting Android Devices.

I have created an App using a thrid party system. Please download the app via an Android Device:

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apptech.a13715529352079468375&hl=en

The app opens with the first tab being the jot form I have created. On most Android devices ( i havent defined the versions just yet but it seems as though most old version Android Phones), the form does not trigger the key pad. However, this works perfectly on iOS devices. It also works ok on Androdi devices if it is via a web entry.

My development team have advised that it would be the thrid party form (external link) that could potentially be at fault.

If possible, would you be able to review and test from your end if the form is triggering the keypad from your end?

    Msny thanks

    Hi there,

Can you please clarify what embed code you're using? Have you tried to embed the form using iframe? This works best on mobile.

So far on my test, I couldn't reproduced the problem. Check the following screens below.

Unfortunately, we can't diagnose this further since the form is embedded on the android app so we couldn't view it's source code. However, we'd recommend embedding the form as iframe, this might help fixed the problem.

    Thanks!
