    Email alert not working

    Hi Jotform,

    I've setup my form so that when the user submits an entry, an email alert will be sent to our company email address (3dmaker@riobotics.com.)  Everything was working fine, but in the past few days we haven't been receiving any email alerts.  The entries are still coming in though, and we have to check manually through the form report.  What's going on?

    Hi John, It appears that the email: 3dmaker@riobotics.com has not been added to the Bounce List. And the email logs do show the following lastest actions: 

    Current Server: /var/log/jotform/smtpEMAIL.log:[31/Oct/2013:02:53:29 -0400] NoUserName SendMail to 3dmaker@riobotics.com from pcc318@bsnet.com.tw Last-Form-ID : IP : 220.133.235.242 Form-ID: 31513519066451

    There seem to be 2 Email Alerts setup on this form. The second Email Alert: john.wu@riobotics.com  appears to be sending Alerts properly. This is the latest actions logged:

    Current Server: /var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[16/Dec/2013:21:17:36 -0500] 31513519066451 AmazonSES Sent email to john.wu@riobotics.com - MessageID:00000142fe581965-5643d37f-0265-47a8-a329-b95a8abc8163-000000 - RequestId:64da0e4f-66c1-11e3-b169-659a74cf0def

    Kindly verify both email addresses and do check if the Email Alerts are being received on the Junk/Spam folders as this could also affect Email Alerts.

    Hi Cesar,

    It turns out our Gmail spam filter started to kick in and filtered out the email alerts.  Problem solved.  However, I'm noticing another problem.  The submissions are coming though, but they aren't being updated on our HTML report.  Our report link is here:

    We have linked a Google Drive account to our form, but that is updating as normal. Files from the submissions are still being pushed into our Google Drive.  Only problem is the HTML report.  I've tried creating another HTML report and Table report, but both give the same results.  Thanks.
