How to recover some used upload space?

Asked by namhuan on December 17, 2013 at 03:51 AM

    Hello,

I'm using a free account, and my maximum upload space is 100MB.

I've used up 61MB (because of uploaded files from submissions). Is there anyway to get back some space? I tried to delete some forms (which went along with lots of submission files) but the used space remains 61MB

    Looking forward to being answered,

    Huan.

    Hello Huan,

You do not have to necessarily delete your forms. To free up upload storage space you should delete the submission records which has file attachments.

When you delete a form it is just soft deleted and is simply moved under trash folder. This is exactly the case with your account. Upon checking your account, I found that you have several form under trash folder:

You need to either delete these forms completely or restore and delete the submissions manually from your submission list page:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
