We have a form on our account, ADHD Clinic, for Prescrription requests. For some reason, in almost every instance the word "prescription" keeps being changed to "preion." We've tried changing it over and over but it continues to do this. We created a completely new blank form and inserted a new text field and the same thing happens.
This is the link to the form on our website: https://www.adhdclinicsa.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=21&Itemid=105
Our account is adhdclinic.

Hi,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this. I am able to reproduced this issue.
Unfortunately, there is a current glitch in the "TEXTS" field that is causing this issue.
I could not offer you any quick or simple workaround to this yet so I have immediately submitted the bug ticket to our next level support so that it can be attended to immediately. We hope to get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Thanks.

This is being caused by the fact that "prescription" contains the word "script"! Now, we don't allow scripts (actual scripts) to be inserted into that element but this is really stretching it! :)
Anyway, while our developers fix this glitch, one workaround would be to substitute the code at this link for each occurrence of "prescription" "preion". When done, your form should look like this.
Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Incidentally, after making the changes, there may be some instances where there's no space between "prescription" and the word following it even though there's a space in the code. Wherever that happens, replace the space in the HTML with a non-breaking space.

Thanks so much for resolving this issue. While editing the Prescription Request form I ran into another issue with editing within the form text tool. I have 3 sections for Prescription 1, 2, & 3. I had them formatted to Arial Black 14pt. When I corrected the word "prescription", then clicked the finish button, the form wouldn't retain the formatting. I checked the html coding before finishing and it had the correct code in it. I used a workaround by using the Title tool, however, I can't center the text now.
