Away notifications

    We have several people that the forms go to once submitted, however when someone has an away email set up when the form is submitted they will recieve an out of office email from that email address.  Is there anyway to prevent that from happening?

    Hello RedX2010,

    Thank you for posting your concern.

    What I can suggest to you is instead of using the form user's email address as sender, you can use a default email such as noreply@jotform.com or any of your email addresses.  And just fill in the email address of the form user somewhere else.

    An auto-reply email cannot be prevented when something like this as this depends on the settings from the email service provider and settings for this is beyond the control of Jotform.
