Sub Account

    We are trying to setup sub-accounts.  When the email is sent, below is what the recipient sees.  Please advise.

    Try to refresh few times, their server gives error frequently. did you register subaccount for jotform? 

    Subaccount mustbe registered to view the shared forms and permissions required to see submissions.

    dead_simple is correct, jegeorge.

    While you have given access to a said email address to your account, the email address should create an account with JotForm as well so to be able to use the privilege you shared.
