Thanks for reporting this issue. I was able to reproduce it. So, I have submitted a ticket to our next level support so that they can fixed it asap. We will inform you via this thread, once this is resolved.
Now, the link that your sub-account user needs to visit is the MY FORMS page, which is this one: http://www.jotform.com/myforms/ So, you can suggest him to visit the link to see the forms you shared with him.
